Ex-student is principal of CCAS Kumba and Principal of GBHS urged to beef enrolment

The newly appointed Principal of Cameroon College of Arts and Science, CCAS, Kumba, has been exhorted to ensure that he maintains the high academic standards of the institution.
The Divisional Delegate of Secondary Education for Meme, Mr Kwo Akwo John Eyoh, made this declaration while installing Mr Fonge Julius as principal of CCAS, Kumba, on Friday 9th September, 2016.
Mr Fonge Julius, a former student of CCAS Kumba, took over from Mr Mwelle Kunz Mbai who has been transferred to Government Bilingual High School, Kosala, Kumba II, in the same capacity.
In his address, Mr Kwo Akwo John Eyoh congratulated Mr Fonge Julius for his appointment and transfer, and urged him to maintain the high academic standards of his predecessor. Before his new appointment, Fonge Julius was Vice Principal of Government Bilingual High School, Molyko, Buea.
The Delegate also urged Fonge to uphold the discipline of the school and to work in close collaboration with the teaching and administrative staff.
The former Principal of CCAS, Mr Mwelle Kunz Mbai, took over from Dr. Andrew Mbencho Tazi who has been transferred to Government Bilingual High School, Up-station, Kumba I. Dr. Tazi, a seasoned educationist and administraton, took over from Mr Rudolf Nganda.
In the same vein, the Principal of Government Secondary School, Fiango, Kumba II, Mr Ndumbe Lyonga Emmanuel, has been transferred to Bole Bakundu in the same capacity.
He was replaced by Mr Akwo Jacob Mukwelle who, until his transfer, was Principal of GSS, Bole.

The new principal of Government Bilingual High School, Mambanda, Kumba III Subdivision, has been exhorted to ensure that the enrollment of the school is upgraded and discipline instilled in the students.
The Divisional Delegate of Secondary Education for Meme, Mr. Kwo Akwo John Eyoh, was speaking while installing Chief Tambe Adolf as the new principal of GBHS, Mambanda, on Tuesday 13 September, 2016.
Chief Tambe Adolf, before his appointment, was one of the vice principals in CCAS, Kumba, and he took over from Mr. Victor Ngende, who has been transferred to Ebonji, Tombel, Kupe Manenguba division, in the same capacity.
In his address, Mr Kwo Akwo John Eyoh said appointments and transfers are a routine in the Public Service as it ensures continuity in administration. He then proceeded to congratulate Victor Ngende for his handling of the institution during his tenure as principal.
Turning to Chief Tambe, the Delegate lauded the hard work which had precipitated his promotion. He then called on him to emulate his predecessor and to ensure that the enrollment in the school is upgraded.
He also called on him to instill discipline in the students and even among the staff. He also appealed to the staff to give their new principal the same support they had given to the outgoing principal.
The ceremony was graced by traditional dance-groups typical of Manyu division. Chief Tambe is a traditional ruler in one of the villages in Upper Bayang Sub- division, Manyu.
